Manohar has been actively engaged in the sports for development sector for the past 6 years, working with a leading NGO to empower youth through structured sports programs. A passionate athlete, he has represented his state and participated in national-level Rugby tournaments, demonstrating both skill and leadership on the field.

He is a certified Level 1 Coach and Referee with the International Rugby Board (IRB) and holds a ‘D’ License in Football Coaching from the Western India Football Association. He has also completed a basic football course with the Royal Netherlands Football Federation (KNVB) in the Netherlands, adding international exposure to his coaching credentials.

In addition to his sporting achievements, Manohar has shown a strong commitment to child protection and rights. He attended a specialized workshop on child rights conducted in collaboration with ARPAN NGO, enhancing his understanding of safe and inclusive sports environments for children.

With his blend of practical experience, professional training, and dedication to youth development, Manohar continues to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young people through sport.
